Design Approach
Core Technologies understand the importance of coordination and the need for bespoke design. We commence our work by need analysis reviewing the Owner’s standards and any available design briefs, and compare them in context with design standards used on other similar developments. We combine this with our past and current experience in such facilities as a basis for establishing appropriate design criteria and preparing design reports, schematics and budget costs.
We coordinate with various disciplines including Architects, interior Designer and MEP. We works as an integrated member of the Project Team and liaises with the Lead Consultant, Project Manager, Architect, Engineers, Interior Designer, Cost and Quantity Surveying Consultants and any other Consultants or Sub-Consultants.

We use the latest technology design software along with engineering calculations, industry standards, authority guidelines when designing AV, ICT, Security systems. Our Engineers are proficient in EASE for calculating professional audio systems, IP Video system design Tools for camera and lens calculations etc.
