Core Technologies understand the importance of coordination with various disciplines including Architects, interior Designer and MEP. We works as an integrated member of the Project Team and liaises with the Lead Consultant, Project Manager, Architect, Engineers, Interior Designer, Cost and Quantity Surveying Consultants and any other Consultants or Sub-Consultants.

We commence our work by need analysis reviewing the Owner’s standards and any available design briefs, and compare them in context with design standards used on other similar developments. We combine this with our past and current experience in such facilities as a basis for establishing appropriate design criteria and preparing design reports, schematics and budget costs. The detailed design is then developed to the level required for tender and culminates in the submission of construction documentation to include specifications, drawings, sketches, details and costs, as required.

During the tender stage, we provide bid assistance to contractors, attend contractor interviews and bid review meetings, and submit tender evaluation reports.
